Introduction: God's Declaration Over Us

God is declaring things over us. And it's really important that you hear what God is saying and you get a picture of what he sees when he looks at you, and why he uses those words. Start asking in line with all of that. So why don't you put everything down, I'm going to prophesy over you and then we'll turn you loose.

So why don't you just relax, take a seat, put everything down, we'll make this particular prophetic word. The reason I want to give you this word is because I want you to take this and I want you to listen to it as part of your devotional experience. And I want you to just maybe close your eyes. If you plan to snore, could you just turn the volume down so you don't disturb the person next to you?

So I want you to understand that this is how God's going to talk to you, and you need to start listening to who you really, really are becoming.

Prophetic Word: Embracing a New Identity

I believe the Lord would say, “All the old things have passed away and I'm making all things new in your life. All these things have a new beginning in my heart and my passion for you.

Now, I declare new things. For those who have spent their days only thinking of the past, I declare new things to you. To those living from past to present, I cut you off from that perception. You need to understand that that is not  permissible in the kingdom. Your past is on the cross with Jesus. It died with him. It got buried with him, and we're keeping it in the grave. We're not resurrecting your past because you've been born again to a whole new identity in the future . So I cut you off from that perception, that mindset, that language. And I declare that you are not a prisoner of the past. The cross has set you free in Christ. You've been a captive, not to your wounds and to events. You're a captive only in your memory, and you've allowed those memories to be bigger than my vision of you. I call you out of that place of self-inflicted woundedness. And I call you up to a new man, a new life in me. That's fully present. Future [oriented.]

The Power of Listening and Speaking God's Word

So listen for my voice and I will speak. Your responsibility is to listen and to love the listening. I take responsibility for making my voice known so you understand the partnership here. Enjoy it as much as I do. Expect to hear, and you will. My sheep know my voice. I love to speak into your life. Listen as a much loved child. Listen as a lover to the sound of your beloved. And to those who have heard and received scriptures and dreams and prophecy and promises, you must speak them back to me. Speak them as a confession. “Hey, this is who I am, Lord.” and I'll laugh when I see you smile. “This is who I am, Lord. This is what you gave me.” Speak them as a proclamation. Write them out as a Psalm of Thanksgiving. I taught David to do that. It was part of his intimacy training. That's why they're known as the key of David. Because they were keys to him in his relationship with me that moved him from being a shepherd boy to a king that united all the tribes into one nation.

Declarations and Their Transformative Power

Every promise has a certain sound to it. A keynote note. Every prophecy is a key that binds or loses all that I am permitting. Take my declaration as seriously as I do. I form you by what I declare over you. And all resources that I declare to you are yours to use for as long as you can breathe them out in thanksgiving and praise. 

You are not defined by your circumstances. You are not defined by your inability, your inadequacy, or your insecurity. You are defined by the very declarations that I speak over you because that is the highest truth you will ever know. 

Acknowledge what I speak over you. Acknowledge it in your prayers, in your rejoicing, in your giving of thanks. Acknowledge it in your affirmation of your identity over your circumstances. Your identity always triumphs over circumstances.

Beware, beloved of not using my declarations wisely. 

Caleb was a man of a different spirit because he knew how to speak to things. When he declared to Israel, “The enemy shall be our prey.” He wasn't just talking to Israel, he was talking to the enemy too.

Ten spies went out with him and they came back looking and feeling like grasshoppers. He came back a giant killer. Why? Because he declared what I showed him, whereas the others declared what the enemy showed them.

You must figure out which person you're going to be here. Your declaration is your testimony of what you know to be true. Therefore, it's more real than your circumstances. It has more power to overcome all that is against you. Because nothing can stand against the proclamation of my intention. I don't speak for novelty value. I speak to create.

When I speak over you, I'm creating something. Just like I did in the dawn of time when I said, let there be light. I spoke something into being. And when I speak to you like that, I am creating something in you. Speak it back to me, and something will change on the inside of you. 

My intentions are always revealed in my declaration. In my declaration, I call into being that which did not exist before I spoke it. But now it does exist because I spoke it.

Living in Alignment with God's Promises

So I declare that you may have a hope. A grounded expectation. Rooted in my integrity and in my love for you. 

Abraham,  when circumstances warred against his hope, he chose to be true to hope. His expectation was rooted in what he'd experienced of my nature, and that meant more to him than his and Sarah's inability to conceive.

And that hope, that expectation was built upon his respect for my promise.

Beloved, here's the truth, when my word means more to you than your circumstances, that is the ultimate respect.

I declared that he would be the father of many nations. And he has become that. So will my word be, which goes forth from my mouth. It will not return to me empty without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. When I declare over you, I am creating just like in Genesis one. I'm creating something in you.

And when you declare it back to me, you learn to see what I'm seeing when I look at you.

So Beloved, this weekend marks the beginning of a whole new partnership between you and I. And I'll give you the wisdom to walk with me in a whole new way. And this shall be like the beginning of days.

And I declare to you that you can run from this place. You can run into a whole different lifestyle in the spirit, because there is a divine acceleration swirling around this room that if you want it will pick you up. But you'll have to run.

But some of you know, you came here knowing that you would leave running and that's what's going to happen. Yes, you're going to leave running because it's time [for] declarations have been said. Now you need to say them back so that we may begin a whole new level of partnership in the Holy Spirit.

(Graham speaking) So Father, I thank you. This is one of those rare and golden moments when it almost feels like time is suspended right here, right now. And I believe the Lord is saying that, you know, you can leave this room in your right mind. And all it takes is for you to say, Lord, I want to align myself with your declaration, with what you are speaking, what you have spoken, what you are speaking. I want to align myself with that, and I ask that the Holy Spirit will be that spirit of disclosure, that he will take all the things that belong to my future and he will reacquaint them to me in the present so that I can start to grow and grow quickly.

And if that's you, why don't you stand up and I'm gonna bless you.

Miracles and Divine Connection

The miracle here is that God is with you, and the great thing about miracles is God always makes sure that you need one. A miracle is not an exception to a rule. It's a normal part of life. And the father's always going to make sure that you need one, because he likes you to have them. 

So if you're in the place right now, you're thinking, my Lord, I need a miracle. You're in exactly the right 

place because you should have one. Because miracles are necessary in our life. They're not an optional extra. They're a necessity. 

So Father, I ask in the name of Jesus, I ask for miracles to occur, miracles in our relationship with you. I ask for miracles in dreaming.  I ask for miracles in our memory that those of us who've had words that we can't remember what they were. I pray that you'll bring it back to our remembrance. I pray that those of us who had dreams and we can't remember what they were. Give us the same dream again.  Give us Scripture. Talk to us. Send people to us. Put us on your mailing list. Email us. Text us. Instagram us. Whatever. Whatever. Connect with us. I ask for a miracle of unparalleled connection with your heart for each one of us, and I asked that you would blow us away by what you say to us.  

And I asked that that declaration would instantly create a hook in us that would elevate us to a higher place. I asked for a miracle of reconnection and a miracle of realignment this weekend, that as we connect with you, something will happen, something will stir, something will open up. And we will start the process of changing.

Conclusion: A Transformative Encounter with God

Right here, right now, most of all, Lord, I ask that it will be thoroughly enjoyable and that we would have an amazing encounter and be part of amazing moments with you that we will never forget. And we will say, this was the day, I had an encounter with God, and something radically changed and I changed from FM to AM. And I connected with God's language, with God's mindset, with God's vision of me, and it changed everything in Jesus' name. Amen.
